Describe the bug

There is only a C# template in the project template list, and there is no F# template.

To Reproduce

Go to '...'
Click on '....'
Scroll down to '....'
See error

Can't reproduce it here, F# template is visible for me. Probably F# tools needs to be installed in Visual Studio Installer?
