Proposed project logo and OG banner

I designed a simple logo for this project along with a banner that could be used for Open-Graph previews that embeds would look nice. Feel free to use these. Also, I would love to make a PR adding Open-Graph to the site along with these images.

To me the colours feel a bit Google-like; maybe colours that are a bit more pastel would fit better? I personally feel like the logo needs a bit more space/breathing room too, if you get what I mean. I like the font for the name though in combination with the serif-font for the tagline! 👍

I wasn't sure what kind of colors would be good so I decided to go with Google-like colors because I think they look nice. I can definitely change them and try more pastel colors.

And for the logo needing space, I think you are right. I'll try to explore other options for what to put inside the logo and how to space them out. 👍

I quickly whipped up a few different versions of the logo with your feedback. Here's a link to the Figma file.

And here's a screenshot. I made one version with different shapes and colors and another version with the same shapes but slightly smaller and with more muted colors.

And any further feedback you have is much appreciated. I'm not the best graphic designer in the world so I'm just doing this for fun. 😄

Sorry for responding so late... your contribution deserved a much quicker response.
I think the colours are much better already! And I like the shapes in the first version better, they seem a bit closer to what could be web-components (with some abstractive perspective 😉 )
Perhaps you could try the colours from the color-picker on the top of the open-components documentation?
I currently don't have a lot of free time to spend on things like this, so I unfortunately don't have the time to make visual what I mean. So hopefully this is some feedback you can work with.

Either way, I really appreciate your work! Once we've decided on the design I would to merge a PR for it 😄

I feel like we're getting somewhere here 😄 Do you think it would be possible to use more of the colour spectrum? The blue-purple ring is maybe a bit close to the blue of the pill shape.
I'm also curious what this would look like as a full logo, so with the name somewhere in there
