Canvas的API中提供了直接绘制椭圆弧的方法，比如可以通过如下方式绘制一个椭圆弧：

ellipse(x, y, radiusX, radiusY, rotation, startAngle, endAngle, counterclockwise)

请问在zrender中如何绘制原生Canvas中的ellipse椭圆弧呢？求大佬告知，感激不尽，谢谢！
