How can i rescovery from an existing data dir and ssl keys witch is copied from a crashed cluster?

I remove all member but leave only one then i add new member to this cluster.Before i sucess adding a new member,the left member crashed and cannot restart again.
I tried force-new-cluster flag but it ends in request cluster ID mismatch.
Is it posible? What i can do?
