I downloaded the script in a folder and I added that folder in the PATH.
I still get the message "'recover' is not a git command".
Any ideas about what I might be doing wrong?

The author replied to me by email and I could run 'git recover' and recover my deleted files. Here is his answer to me:
"Hi Mario -
Should definitely work on Windows, but I recommend that you install it
in your PATH and then run git recover (with a space) instead of
git-recover (with a dash). That will ensure that git itself loads
up all the necessary Unix pieces.
Cheers-
-ed"

Thanks Ed!!!

What's the PATH? Where do I put it? In folder that I lost all files? In User folder of Windows? In GitHUB folder?
None of those works - still get an error that you did 3 years ago.
