I'm not sure if it's a mesh-tools or Cura bug. Let me explain:
There's STL file with two models that do not fit on a plate together. I split it into parts and save as two 3mf files with one model each (save project, Cura 5.2.1).
After reopening 3mf file model is not in the position I placed it before.
It happens only for models that were split into parts using mesh tools.

I thought the issue might have been fixed in version 3.7.1. To test it, I used a CAD program, to create a single body consisting of 4 cubes. I exported it as a single STL file. Then I went into Cura, and split it, then moved the cubes around. I saved the project and closed Cura. When I opened the project in Cura, the cubes were not in the positions I saved them in, and two of them were actually under the bed to where it could not be seen from the top view.
