SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

Steps to Reproduce

Go to an issue with GH set up
Click on Issue Tracking > Github Issue (any issue in the Sentry project will take a long time)

It looks like this endpoint GroupIntegrationDetailsEndpoint is taking a long time and my best guess is something in this function get_create_issue_config is taking a long time

Expected Result

Create Issue form should load quickly

Actual Result

Create Issue form takes (sometimes) > 20 seconds to load
