When combining PRs results in just 1 PR being combined, it would be better to undo everything and keep original PRs #49

Let's say we have 2 PRs, which are conflicting.
If we launch the combine, a new PR will be created with just 1 of the previous PRs, while the other one (conflicting) is left behind.
At this point, it would be clearer to leave everything as is and just dismiss the combining.
