should branches touched after greenkeeper still be merged automatically?

i'm mostly thinking about this from the perspective of it being somewhere for a team member to slip changes in that are unrelated to the version upgrade to avoid other checks, like code reviews. the current behavior only checks that the PR was opened by greenkeeper, not that there aren't additional commits by the team.

im leaning toward this being configurable, but what should the default behavior be? should it be a required config with no default behavior?
