Bug description

MSRRapl sensors doesn't get metrics for all sockets on a multi-socket machine.

To Reproduce

Launch scaphandre for windows on a bi-socket machine. No way to get the second socket RAPL metrics.

Expected behavior

Get socket_* metrics for all sockets. Get host_* metrics as a sum of per-socket metrics.

Environment

Windows 10/11/server 2019/server 2022
