Backup share ideas

Sometimes I worry people won't bring enough shares to a call. Even though it hasn't happened yet, it makes me feel better to have some backup ideas to prompt discussion since I think that's (part of) my role as moderator.

• Show the community calendar. Give an overview of the different calls and help people connect with relevant communities.
• Walk through contributor guide.
• Show survey info.
• Start a discussion/ask "How do you explain what open source is to people in your life?"

I think this should eventually become a PR/repo resource. For now it's an issue because I need it done quickly.
