Description of the new feature / enhancement

We could start grouping tool together as we are getting more and more tools add into side bar
Like Color picker could move to Mouse Utilities
Paste Plain Text part of Keyboard Utilities
File Utilities: File Lock, Image Resize, Host File, Registy File, File Rename
Overlay: PowerRun, Ruler, Text Extract

Scenario when this would be used?

As we have more tools, the side menu getting longer and not in any good order
