The mouse cursor highlight feature doesn't work automatically when restarted

Steps to reproduce

Once the computer restarted, the mouse cursor highlighting feature disabled. It have to be activated by hand.

It do remember recent settings though.
And also the 'Finding mouse' feature with double ctrl keys do woks even right after the restart

✔️ Expected Behavior

I want mouse cursor hightlighting feature to be activated automatically after computer restarted.
It does remember the settings of all powertoys'.
Though in case of mouse highlighting feature, have to be activated by hand so far.
I did re-installed this powertoys and of course, from different sources.
First try was from web, and second try was from microsoft store

❌ Actual Behavior

Highighting feature didn't start automatically and had to be started by hand though
But finding mouse with double ctrl keys works.
