次屏组件加载机制优化 #691

要解决什么问题
目前我们在进行首屏组件加载的同时，为了滚动体验更好而选择同时加载了次屏组件，屏幕滚到次屏的时候，就不会看到各种组件和图片加载渲染的过程，并且同时开始第三屏的加载。

这样做在滚动体验上确实比只加载首屏要更好，但造成的问题就是，首屏加载时间会变得更长，毕竟要加载两屏的内容。

描述一下你理想中的解决方案

提供一个属性，让用户决定是否加载次屏；
或待首屏加载完毕之后，再去自动加载次屏；
是否考虑优化横向滚动的 lazyload 机制
