Issue

The fix for #4 treats U+16AA7 TANGSA LETTER PA as the first glyph in a kerning pair the same as U+16AB7, U+16AB8, and U+16AB9. However, the right side of U+16AA7 looks different from the right sides of those other three, so it should not be kerned the same way. This probably happened because the incorrect former glyph of U+16AA7 did have a similar right side to those three other glyphs.

The glyph of U+16ABA TANGSA LETTER XA in the same context looks like it needs more kerning.

The kerning was fine before #2 was fixed. It might be easier to revert all the kerning changes since then and try swapping patangsa and xatangsa in the GPOS rules again.
