  1. i recommend using your studentpack credits and host a Digital ocean box
    https://education.github.com/
  2. you can use IBM bluemix or Redhat openshift since they still have free tiers, heroku downthrolled their free tier to only 18 hours a day so your site will be down regularly for 25% the time.
