Vue CLI 3 plugin

Hey,

Would you consider writing a plugin for the new Vue CLI? The generator could make example files for registering vue-i18next with Vue, and loading localized strings from .json files for example.

@claudiocro Do you still need some support? What exactly do you want to put into the plugin?

I have recent experience with writing vue-cli plugins, so I could help you.

Also soon we have Vue CLI 4 :-)
