How to use with dajudge/kafkaproxy?

I am running dajudge/kafkaproxy on EC2 and ssh on my local but when trying to connect with Kafka UI, I am getting the following errors:

I am using the following env:

DYNAMIC_CONFIG_ENABLED=true

and this bootstrap URL:

host.docker.internal:4000

any idea how to get it working?
