This feature enables the Go to Definition request.

The current implementation in Some Sass is spread across a two locations.

Language services, handling Go to Definition across the workspace.
VSCode language services, handling Go to Definition in the current document

There's no reason for this split apart from legacy, so in this project the two should be combined.
