This will be extremely helpful to make sure the commits are in proper way and the changelog is generated on every release.

@sendilkumarn I added commitlint to the project. Do I add it in the Circle CI too? For that do I use this?
Also, can you guide on how to add changelog? I looked into this and this but could not understand how to add them.

@Symphoria webpack-cli project has set up for both commitlint and changelog. You can take a look at that.
