As discussed in #13 (comment), we should probably change the order of content in the homepage.

First line : Applying the GC / Beeing a GC holders
Second line: And then news and the photo.

(Also the photo doesn't add much, and we should probably think of a better one later)

When thinking about this, perhaps also think about where #10 will go. Perhaps a carousel of profiles will replace the stock photo?
