feat: added new languages (@psq4)

[psq4]

Description

Minor changes to Russian and Russian 1k (+ordering by frequency), added Russian 5k, contractions, contractions 1k, abbreviations
Added new languages: Tatar (+1k, 5k, 10k), Bashkir, Eastern Mari, Galician

Could you please split this PR into smaller ones? One for the russian changes, one for tatar and so on.
